YESBODY WITHIN THE COMPANY

There are various options for introducing a YesBody route within the company.

One can start in a group and then switch to individual guidance or do it the other way around. All combinations are possible and depend on the nature of the question.

The process can be worked out preventively to avert complaints of fatigue/ burnout, for example. Fatigue is a prominent complaint today, resulting in an unhappy and malfunctioning employee and absenteeism.

YesBody can tackle existing functional complaints by helping to create a better working environment. Ergonomics is more, however. There is an “emotional ergonomics”: the emotional aspects of our functioning at work.

Either way, the YesBody trajectory is always aimed at increasing self-reliance and self-control, both on the physical and mental levels.

Each employee writes his/ her customized scenario and receives feedback via an open line (e-support).
